How to register.
Register for summer camp from the Register for Summer Camp section below. We are using gsEvents to manage summer camp registrations this year. If you are asked to log in, use your MyGS login.
To better control registration traffic during the first few days of summer camp registration, we will be using an application called Queue-It. This program will place customers in a virtual waiting room where they can then continue with the registration on a fair first come, first served basis.
You may only register for more than one camp session, including waitlisted sessions, beginning March 1, 2023. Please do not register for more than two waitlisted sessions per camper for the season.
Emails, deposits, and deadlines.
Registration confirmation emails: All registration confirmation emails will be sent via email to the person who creates the registration approximately one week after registration. This will be the email associated with your MyGS account. Confirmation can also be found immediately after you complete registration in the Additional Documentation section of your camp registration found in your MyGS account. If you do not receive the confirmation email 10 days after registering, please contact Customer Care.
Caregiver guide and health forms: All important documents for summer camp can be accessed from your camp registration as soon as you register. They are located in the Additional Documentation section of your registration. To find the Additional Documentation section, log into your MyGS account, select My Events on the left, navigate to the camp registration, and select it to open it. Scroll down to find the Additional Documentation section. The summer camp caregiver guide provides further information about camp policies and expectations. The health forms must be completed, printed, and brought to camp check-in.
Deposits: A nonrefundable $50 deposit is required at the time of initial registration to hold a selected session. This includes waitlisted registrations. If a camper does not get moved into the session for which they are waitlisted, the deposit will be refunded. The deadline for deposits is five weeks prior to the camp start date.
Making payments: If you choose to pay only the $50 deposit at the time of registration, you may log into your MyGS account at any time after you have registered to make payments in any amount up to the full balance. Simply click the Pay Now button that appears at the top right of your account screen, enter the amount you’d like to pay, and enter your payment information. A Balance Due notice will display in your MyGS account until the balance is paid in full.
Last chance registration deadline: 30 days prior to the camp session start date. If you register on this date, you will have to pay the full balance.
Balance due deadline: All balances must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the camp start date. There is no set payment plan. You can make payments at any time. The system will start sending balance-due reminders at 120 days prior to the camp start date and will repeat at 90, 60, and 30 days prior. These reminder emails will cease as soon as the balance is paid. Failure to pay the balance due by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your camp.
