Girl Scout Night In: Offer is not valid for other programs run by GSCTX, GSUSA, other Girl Scout councils, service units, or other third parties. Renewing your membership does not guarantee a spot. Registration will be required to claim this offer. The events are scheduled for various dates between July 21 and August 25, 2023. Event capacity per facility is as follows: Kodosky Service Center (25, three events), Brownwood Service Center (20), San Angelo Service Center (25), Waco Service Center (25), and Bryan Girl Scout House (25). Spots will be first-come, first-served until capacity is filled. After the early registration period is over, any remaining spots will open to Girl Scout members at an estimated cost of $30 per participant. Normal registration guidelines and cancellation policies apply. Registrants who cancel or do not attend the event will not receive any credit towards another event and forfeit the $30 value.
Drawing Entry for Summer Camp 2024 Early Registration: Drawing will be held after June 30, 2023. GSCTX cannot guarantee the camp session or location of choice for each winner. Summer day camps may or may not be included in this offer. GSCTX reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time for reasons such as camp capacity reduction or cancellations. This offer constitutes no monetary value, and the winner is still responsible for full camp payments, including the deposit at the time of registration. Winners will be notified prior to summer camp registration and must complete the offer during the designated timeframe (tentatively projected for early February 2024). Failure to register within this communicated timeframe is equivalent to forfeiting this offer. This offer excludes year-round weekend reservations.
Campout at Camp Kachina: Offer is not valid for other programs run by GSCTX, GSUSA, other Girl Scout councils, service units, or other third parties. Renewing your membership does not guarantee a spot. Registration will be required to claim this offer. This event is scheduled for November 19-20. At the time of registration, a $25 refundable deposit will be required to hold a spot and will be returned concluding the event, pending attendance. Individuals who pay the deposit and do not attend forfeit their deposit. Capacity is limited to 65 Girl Scouts and will be given first-come, first-served until capacity is filled. Any remaining spots will open to Girl Scout members at an estimated cost of $75 per participant. Normal registration guidelines and cancellation policies apply. Registrants who cancel or do not attend the event will not receive any credit towards another event and forfeit the $25 value.
Renew Using Program Credits: Select Program Credits as the payment type when completing registration in MyGS. Expired Program Credits are not eligible to be used to purchase memberships. Program Credits may not be used to purchase adult memberships. Girl Scouts who have 2023 Program Credits and also request financial assistance for membership will automatically have their Program Credits used first to cover the cost of membership.
