DIY Branding Resources

NEW! Troop T-Shirt Designs

Design your own troop t-shirt by selecting front, sleeve, or back designs (or all three) from our pre-populated design template. Print just front or back, or mix-and-match options to your preference.


Approval Resources and Brand Standards

Any publicly visible materials that use the Girl Scouts name, logo, font, or any other branding must follow Girl Scouts brand standards and be approved by GSCTX Marketing and Communications. 

Submit your design requests to Please allow at least two weeks between when you send in the materials and when you need final approval.

Prior to designing your own event flyer, t-shirt, or any item representing GIrl Scouts, download and review the Girl Scouts brand standards for instructions on how to represent the Girl Scouts brand. 


T-Shirt Guidelines and FAQ

With approval from GSCTX, troops may design and create t-shirts that are used only for troops. 


Money-Earning Projects

Troops, service units, and members may not produce and sell their own branded items for money-earning purposes. Branded materials offered for the giveaway at money-earning events must be produced through a licensed vendor.

Share your event on the GSCTX Event Calendar. Communicate with other members about your upcoming service unit or troop event on the council event calendar. Submit your request through the event form
