Join Girl Scouts of Central Texas as we celebrate our 2024-2025 Gold Award Girl Scouts, scholarship recipients, and Girl Scout Advisory Board members.
Since 1916, the Girl Scouts' Gold Award has stood for excellence: it is both the highest achievement in Girl Scouting and the final step in the Girl Scout leadership journey. Gold Award Girl Scouts identified an issue they care about and led a team to create lasting impact in their communities-and beyond. They have changed the world, changed their lives, and earned the most prestigious award in Girl Scouting.

Ceremony: 10:30-11:30
a.m.
Private Reception: 11:30-12:30 p.m.

Congratulatory dedications for the Gold Award
Yearbook are available for purchase online and are due by April 25 for

Location: Texas State Capitol, Austin
Supervision level: This is NOT A DROP OFF EVENT. Adults are required to REGISTER and remain with their Girl Scouts. As required by Volunteer Essentials and Safety Activity Checkpoints, adults attending this event are responsible for their troop or individual Girl Scout's behavior. All adults participating with a troop or registered to volunteer at the event are required to have a current/eligible background check (CBC) and to be a registered Girl Scout adult volunteer.
