Learn the thrilling world of theatrical fighting in this hands-on Stage Combat workshop, where Girl Scouts will discover the art of safely choreographed combat used on stage and in film. Taught by trained professionals, this workshop emphasizes trust, timing, and technique-building confidence and stage presence through action-packed fun.
Location: The Performing Arts Community Center, Waco
Supervision level: This is a DROP OFF event, however, we require a certain number of safety-wise adults in order for the event to happen. Please plan to drop off your registered Girl Scout with required paperwork submitted at check in. If you can volunteer, please register into one of the adult spots. If enough adults are not registered by the registration close date, this event may need to be cancelled. All adults registering to volunteer at the event are required to be a registered Girl Scout adult member, have a current/eligible criminal background check (CBC), and have completed GSCTX youth protection training.
