Redeem Program Credits in the Online Girl Scouts Shop

Use Program Credits to purchase items from the online Girl Scout Shop! Use your hard-earned Programs Credits on Girl Scout gear you love. This special-order process allows you to make a purchase through the GSCTX retail team using Program Credits. Do not complete your purchase through the Girl Scout Shop website. All special orders must be placed through the GSCTX retail team by November 22, 2024.
How It Works: Girl Scouts, caregivers, or troop leaders may select items from the online Girl Scout Shop and email the item list and your program credit number to austinshop@gsctx.org. GSCTX staff will curate and place the order on your behalf. Items noted as online only cannot be ordered. All orders will be shipped to Kodosky Service Center for pick up / distribution. Special orders will require 2-4 weeks to process and must be completed for payment prior to GSCTX Program Credit expiration.
Returns / Exchanges: All sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once you have confirmed your order with GSCTX staff. GSCTX staff will advise you of all terms and conditions before your order is confirmed and placed.
In-Bound Shipping: Members are responsible for paying 100% of the inbound (from GSUSA) shipping costs incurred by GSCTX. The shipping amounts will vary based on the size and weight of your order.
Pick-Up / Delivery Options: Members may pick up their orders at Kodosky Service Center for no extra charge or elect to have GSCTX ship to a valid street address. Members who elect to have GSCTX ship their order will pay two shipping fees: inbound (from GSUSA) and outbound (to your valid street address). The shipping fee amounts will vary based on the size and weight of your order.
Payment: Payment will be processed at the time of pick up or distribution. GSCTX staff will coordinate with you throughout the ordering process and payments will be accepted over the phone or at the time of pick-up. Timing orders will take 2-4 weeks to process.
Out-of-Stock Items: GSCTX Staff will notify you if any of the items you selected are out of stock at which point you may provide substitute items to complete your order.
