Service Unit and Troop Event Calendar Request Form
This form allows service units and troops to submit events to be posted on the GSCTX event calendar. All events posted to the calendar must be open to GSCTX Girl Scouts council wide. Submissions should not cause excessive redundancy with events already posted to the calendar and should not directly conflict with events offered on the selected date. Event redundancy is defined as similar types of programs offered to the same target age groups during the same timeframes. This form can also be used to submit recruitment events to be posted on the GSCTX event calendar. Recruitment events are events open to non-members who want to experience Girl Scouts before signing up.
This form must be filled out completely for events to be posted. If the event or program is part of a money earning project, please provide details about that money earning in the space provided. Allow up to four weeks from submission date for events to be approved and posted. GSCTX does not handle registration for troop or service unit events.
