Service Unit and Troop Event Calendar Request Form
This form allows service units and troops to submit events for posting on the GSCTX event calendar (member events) or the Try Girl Scouts page (recruitment events). All events posted to the calendar must be open to GSCTX Girl Scouts council-wide or to any interested non-members for member recruitment-focused events. Service units wishing to host recruitment events or service unit events open to the entire council at a GSCTX facility must complete this form to secure free Girl Scout House and service center reservations at properties available for rental.
Submissions should not cause excessive redundancy with events already posted to the calendar and should not directly conflict with events offered in your area on the selected date. Event redundancy is defined as similar types of programs offered to the same target age groups during the same timeframes.
This form must be filled out completely for events to be posted. If the event or program is part of a money earning project, please provide details about that money earning in the space provided. Allow up to four weeks from submission date for events to be approved and posted. GSCTX does not handle registration for troop or service unit events.
