Beginning May 2025, GSCTX is no longer requiring troops and service units who are planning money-earning or fundraising events to complete a form and receive permission. However, all money-earning and fundraising activities must follow the guidelines outlined in Volunteer Essentials.
Any promotional materials using the Girl Scouts of Central Texas service mark, the Girl Scouts of the USA service mark, or the trefoil must meet all current branding standards and be approved by our brand review team. Please submit materials to customercare@gsctx.org and allow up to two weeks for the team to review and approve.
