Girl Scout Advisory Board Application
Mission:
Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts who serve on the Girl Scout Advisory Board aim to enrich the lives of all Girl Scouts by providing guidance and leadership to the Girl Scouts of Central Texas (GSCTX) council as they participate in meetings and leadership projects and live by the Girl Scout Law. By lending a voice to a movement that wants, needs, and values girl-led contributions, the Girl Advisory Board plays a significant role in shaping the ongoing work of the council.
Purpose:
The Girl Scout Advisory Board works as an advisory group that partners with council staff members and the GSCTX Board of Directors on projects ranging from program development to research and marketing. By partnering with adults, Girl Advisory Board members influence decision-making at our council.
