Bank Account Request Form
This form is used by service units or troops to make requests to:
- Open a new bank account
- Close an existing bank account
- Make changes to a bank account

Please note that as of August 2024, Wells Fargo is no longer an approved banking location. Due to corporate-level change at Wells Fargo, troop bank accounts using GSCTX's EIN must now align with GSCTX's bank account type, necessitating a transition from free checking to commercial fee-based accounts. Additionally, this policy requires the GSCTX CFO to be a signer on all Wells Fargo accounts, which conflicts with our internal controls. While we value our partnership with Wells Fargo, we regret that we cannot authorize troop accounts there due to this change. Thank you for your understanding.
Upon submitting the form, you should receive an initial response within three to five business days. Please allow two weeks to completely process any forms. If you have any other questions about bank accounts, please contact us.
