Trailblazers 2025 - Game Night! Level Up Your Leadership on September
26-28, 2025, at Camp Texlake
Trailblazers is an adult volunteer
enrichment retreat weekend designed to encourage, enhance and enthuse
Girl Scout adults with a transfusion of Girl Scout spirit. It is a
time to have some fun with other leaders, get motivated for the next
year, and come home with some inspirational ideas for your troop. It
is open to registered Girl Scout adults (any gender) who may be
leaders, co-leaders, or other troop volunteers. Need training?
CPR/First Aid and Let's Go 3: Outdoor Skills will be
offered on Sunday. You must register for the entire event to take
these trainings.Trailblazers is an alcohol-free event. Be sure

Special Instructions: Event registration will start on July 10, 2025. This event is for adult Girl Scouts only. Trailblazers is a non-alcohol event.
This is a large event registration with many workshop choices, some with additional costs. Everyone will be charged an initial $50.00 for the event, which covers the cost of a basic Saturday only registration. If you are staying the full weekend, an additional $35.00 will be added to the fee, totaling $85.00. Any sessions chosen that have additional fees will be added to your total. Your final cost will be calculated at the end in your Shopping Cart.
Badge/Patch: Event specific fun patch handed out at event
Required paperwork: Please complete sections B2 and C2 of the Council Event Health and Permission Forms, print, and bring with you to the event.

Before Registering: Review the Trailblazers Information document to plan out your weekend prior to registering. This packet contains all the information you need to know for this event, including a schedule, lodging descriptions, workshop descriptions, and more. The Trailblazers Information packet, along with the health and permission forms can also be found in the Additonal Documentation section of your registration in MyGS once your registration is complete.
Lodging: You will be able to select an upper or lower bunk in your lodging. Saturday only registrants will select "No Lodging: as their choice. Suncrest D is reserved for male volunteers and Suncrest E is reserved for Kitchen staff.
Buddies: Enter only (1) buddy during registration even though the system will allow more. If you enter more than one, we will only use the first one listed. Be sure your buddy selects the same lodging as you and asks to be YOUR buiddy to ensure you are housed together.
Dietary Restrictions and Special Circumstances - be sure to include this information during the registration process. We can supply vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free meals.

Registration Tips:
1. Be prepared with your workshop choices before you start the registration. Workshops are assigned to Tracks. These Tracks are highlighted with specific colors in the information packet. You may choose workshops in the same track if you so desire, or you may mix them up.
2. Take your time! You must make one selection for every session. Make your workshop selections and the scroll slowly to the next session. Do not be concerned by the red warning message that pops up once you select a workshop. This is normal and it means you can only choose one workshop for each session.
3. Registration Changes - We are unable to make changes to your existing completed registration. Any change requests will require us to cancel and refund the entire existing registration and you will have to register again. Since the registration is live, we cannot gurantee that your original choices will still be available, so choose wisely.
4. Free Play or Free Swim & Sample SCUBA - are your FREE TIME choices. If you would rather not participate in a workshop for a session, select one of these workshop options. You must make a selection for EVERY session.
5. T-shirts will be available for purchase for $15.00 until August 28th. If you register after that date, you will not be able to order a t-shirt.
