Lunch will be served from noon - 2 p.m. next to the Girl Scouts'
private picnic pavilion. No need to wait in line at the other food
shacks! Come by the pavilion before 2 p.m. to do a scavenger hunt and
earn the H-E-B Health & Wellness fun patch while you are
there.
Girl Scout Day package includes:

If you are a Typhoon Texas Season Pass
holders, purchase the meal band and patch package. Season Pass holders
may enter starting at 10:30 a.m.
Friends and family who are not
Girl Scout members are also welcome to purchase the Girl Scout Day
package.
Pick up your Typhoon Texas patch and meal band at the
Customer Service/Group Tickets desk in the entrance building.
Special Note: Swim assessments are required every
year for youth and adults participating in any type of Girl Scout
aquatic activities including but not limited to pool activities,
canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, etc. See pages 209-212 of Safety
Activity Checkpoints for details. Swim assessment paperwork
should be retained by the troop leader. Safety-wise adults should
ensure that swimmers remain in aquatic situations appropriate to their
swimming ability. Participants at an swimming/aquatic event without a
completed swim assessment should be assumed to be a non-swimmer and
must always wear a Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device
(PFD/lifejacket).
Typhoon Texas has complimentary lifejackets
for use in the waterpark. GSCTX considers Tidal Wave Bay a high-risk
swimming/aquatic activity that is only appropriate for proficient
swimmers, regardless of whether the swimmer is wearing a
PFD/lifejacket or using another flotation device (such as a tube).

Supervision level: This is NOT A DROP OFF EVENT. Adults are required to REGISTER, PAY, and remain with their youth participants. Girl Scout volunteers bringing their troop must follow all Safety Activity Checkpoints.
Patch/badge: Fun patch will be given out at the event.
