Meet virtually with International Girl Guides from across Latin America via Zoom to explore the rich culture, traditions and Scouting experiences from their home countries. You will join GSCTX alum and current GSUSA delegate Sarah Mercado who will introduce you to the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) and the Latin American Gathering (LAG). This is a wonderful opportunity for you to connect, share stories, and build friendships across borders. Come celebrate the diversity of this global movement in Girl Scouting and all the amazing opportunities it brings!
Supervision level: Girl Scout caregivers should monitor websites that Girl Scouts view, ensuring that they are safe and actively controlled. Adults may choose to review the Internet Safety Pledge with Girl Scouts ahead of this virtual event. Please plan to assist your Girl Scout with gathering materials, getting online, and troubleshooting. To protect the safety of Girl Scouts online, this event will not be recorded. Please respect the privacy of other families and children online and do not take photos, screenshots, or videos of this online event.
