Fall Caregiver Permission and Responsibility Agreement
Fall Product Program 2023 in person order taking begins on October 1 and ends on October 15, 2023. Online girl delivery orders will begin on October 1 and end on October 15, 2023. The online nut/candy store and magazine store will open on October 1 and close on November 6, 2023.
Please complete the form below to provide permission for your Girl Scout to participate in the Fall Product Program. When you complete this form, please ensure you know the full name (first and last) and email address of your troop fall product coordinator. A copy of your responses will automatically go to your troop fall product coordinator.
