GSCTX ACH Authorization
This form is for troops to use to authorize ACH debit transactions from your troop bank account in conjunction with GSCTX product programs, including the Fall Product Program and the Girl Scout Cookie Program. You must upload an image of a troop check (voided) to complete this form. Files accepted include .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .pdf.
Troops participating in product programs for the first time and troops that have changed banking institutions/account numbers must submit an ACH form for the 2024-2025 season.
You do not need to fill out this form if you have not changed banking information since the previous Fall Product or Cookie Program.
Friday, October 18, 2024 - Deadline to submit ACH to participate in Fall Product Program
Friday, November 15, 2024 - Deadline to submit ACH to participate in Cookie Program.
