Join scientists from the Biology Department of Texas State University for a hands-on introduction to Marine Science. Girl Scouts will interact with scientists, tour the lab and campus, and learn about coral reefs through cool hands-on activities!
Girl Scouts should plan to bring their own lunch and wear comfortable closed-toed shoes to this event.
This program fulfills partial requirements of the STEM career badge.

Location: Texas State University Biology Department, San Marcos

Supervision Level: This is NOT A DROP OFF EVENT. Adults are required to REGISTER and remain with their youth participants. Girl Scout volunteers bringing their troop must follow all Safety Activity Checkpoints.
