Step into the role of a digital detective with our all-girl FRC
robotics team, The Lady Cans! Use real-world clues and cybersecurity
skills to solve a mystery, crack secret codes, and uncover digital
trails. Along the way, you'll learn how to protect your online
identity, and think like a cybersecurity expert. Juniors will earn
their Cybersecurity Investigator badge (Cybersecurity badge #2) and
their Detective badge.

Service Center, Austin
Supervision level: This is a DROP OFF event, however, we require a certain number of safety-wise adults in order for the event to happen. Please plan to drop off your registered Girl Scout with required paperwork submitted at check in. If you can volunteer, please register into one of the adult spots. If enough adults are not registered by the registration close date, this event may need to be cancelled. All adults registering to volunteer at the event are required to be a registered Girl Scout adult member, have a current/eligible criminal background check (CBC), and have completed GSCTX youth protection training.
Badge/Patch: Junor Cybersecurity Investigator Badge and Junior Detective Badge will be given out at the event.
Required paperwork: Please complete the following sections of the Council Event Health and Permission Forms, print, and bring with you to the event: Sections A and B.
