Activity and Travel Application

An Activity and Travel Application (ATA) and the associated participant/travel roster, must be submitted for:

A day trip with high risk activities - one day only; home before midnight (D/B/J/C/S/A)
An overnight trip of one night (D/B/J/C/S/A)
A short trip - two or three nights; up to six hours away by car (D/B/J/C/S/A)
An extended trip - four or more nights OR more than six hours away by car; in the United States (J/C/S/A)
An international trip - outside the United States (C/S/A)
A council event in which all troops attending have been instructed to fill out an ATA

Please submit the Activity and Travel Application at least four weeks prior to the start date of a trip or activity. Applications submitted any closer to the trip or activity will not be approved.
