Imagine sipping hot cocoa or snacking on cookies from a mug or plate painted by you. Grab your adult and spend the afternoon enjoying this art project together. Siblings going into grade 1 or older may join it, too. Each of you may pick from a range of vibrant hues when you get creative painting Girl Scout pottery. Learn how to glaze bisque-ware from the artists at Inspired Minds Arts Center and why it needs to dry and be fired in a kiln after painting. At checkout, choose between a Girl Scout "Tough Cookie" platter (6x6 inches) or a Trefoil mug (16 ounce capacity). Quantities of each are limited and are first come, first served. You must return to Inspired Minds Art Center (IMAC) about two weeks after the workshop to pick up your finished piece.
