You're invited to enjoy a honey sensory class, a sommelier-style tasting of five honeys paired with cheeses and other complimentary flavors. With each course, you'll gain an appreciation for bees' honey-making process, different floral sources and the resulting honey, and the ways honey can be manipulated after it is pulled from the hive.
Location: Two Hives Honey, Manor
Supervision level: This is NOT A DROP OFF EVENT. Adults are required to remain with their youth participants. Girl Scout volunteers bringing their troop must follow all Safety Activity Checkpoints.
Adults wishing to participate in the tasting must register and pay. Only those registered will be able to participate. Non participating adults are encouraged to bring a quiet activity for themselves.
Badge/Patch: Fun patch will be given out at the event.
Required paperwork: Please complete the following sections of the Council Event Health and Permission Forms, print, and bring with you to the event: Section A.
