Explore the native landscape that surrounds the Elisabet Ney Museum and learn about art in nature! Go on a guided tour through the historic museum landscape, observing native plants and animals. Then, experiment with different collage techniques using vibrant shapes and patterns found in our natural surroundings through this artist-led workshop.
Location: Elisabet Ney Museum, Austin
Supervision level: This is NOT A DROP OFF EVENT. Adults are required to remain with their youth participants. Girl Scout volunteers bringing their troop must follow all Safety Activity Checkpoints.
Badge/Patch: Junior Outdoor Art Explorer Badge will be given out at the event.
Required paperwork: Please complete the following sections of the Council Event Health and Permission Forms, print, and bring with you to the event: Section A
