Join Two Hives Honey to participate in the 2026 City Nature Challenge
Bioblitz and infuse your own jar of honey!
The expert beekeepers
at Two Hives Honey will lead Girl Scouts on an easy hike at their
honey ranch to identify native and edible plants. Use the iNaturalist
app on your phone to photograph all the different plant, bee, and
butterfly species. Then join us in the classroom for the chance to
bottle and infuse your own bottle of honey with some of these
bee-friendly plants!
The City Nature Challenge is an annual
global event the last weekend of April when people from all over the
world head outside to photograph and document wild living things -
plants, animals, bugs, fungi, etc. - with the iNaturalist app. All
these observations are then identified to better understand
biodiversity and what is living where.
