Do you dream of opening a bakery one day? Learn how to bake like a
boss and get an inside look at running a business with Neon Belly
Coffee and Bakery. Ideate then create your own specialty cookie at the
Neon Belly Cookie Lab as you earn your entrepreneurship badge.
Brainstorm to name the signature drinks of the evening. Then, focus on
marketing and branding your business before making your big pitch.
This experience includes two drinks and making six custom-created
cookie dough balls.
Some cookie dough will be baked on site
during the event, and the rest will be taken home.
Adults are welcome to register and pay to participate in this
program with their Girl Scout.

Supervision level: This is a DROP OFF event, however, we require a certain number of safety-wise adults in order for the event to happen. Please plan to drop off your registered Girl Scout with required paperwork submitted at check in. If you can volunteer, please register into one of the adult spots. If enough adults are not registered by the registration close date, this event may need to be cancelled. All adults registering to volunteer at the event are required to be a registered Girl Scout adult member, have a current/eligible criminal background check (CBC), and have completed GSCTX youth protection training.
Badge/patch: Cadette Business Creator, Senior Business Startup, and Ambassador Entrepreneur Accelerator Badges will be given out at the event.
Required paperwork: Please complete the following sections of the Council Event Health and Permission Forms, print, and bring with you to the event: Sections A and B.
