Step into the spotlight! Girl Scouts will bring characters to life and elevate their acting skills through theater games, voice and movement exercises, and short scene work. Flex your creativity while honing your teamwork and public speaking skills. Whether you dream of performing on stage or just want to level up your confidence, this workshop is a great place for all to shine! Suitable for all levels of experience from beginner to pro!
Location: The Performing Arts Community Center, Waco
Supervision level: This is a DROP OFF event, however, we require a certain number of safety-wise adults in order for the event to happen. Please plan to drop off your registered Girl Scout with required paperwork submitted at check in. If you can volunteer, please register into one of the adult spots. If enough adults are not registered by the registration close date, this event may need to be cancelled. All adults registering to volunteer at the event are required to be a registered Girl Scout adult member, have a current/eligible criminal background check (CBC), and have completed GSCTX youth protection training.
Badge/Patch: Fun patch will be given out at the event
Required paperwork: Please complete the following sections of the Council Event Health and Permission Forms, print, and bring with you to the event: Sections A and B
