Discover the wonders of the nighttime sky, including stars, constellations, planets, the moon, and other telescopic objects such as nebulae and galaxies through Stars and Science Austin's refractor telescope. After stargazing and other hands on activities, you'll have pizza and enjoy a space themed movie. Brownies will earn the Space Science Adventurer Badge and Juniors will earn the Space Science Investigator Badge.
Location: Kodosky Service Center, Austin
Supervision level: This is a DROP OFF event. Please plan on checking in your registered Girl Scout with required paperwork submitted at check in.
Badge/Patch: Brownie Space Science Adventurer Badge and Junior Space Science Investigator Badge will be given out at the event.
Required paperwork: Please complete the following sections of the Council Event Health and Permission Forms, print, and bring with you to the event: Sections A and B
