The University of Texas Department of Mathematics is bringing back
Math Fun Day! Join us for hands-on math activities with UT Austin
students and faculty.
Participants will learn hands on math
skills while seeing how math is all around us. Sessions will be led by
math professionals and older Girl Scouts. By the end of the event,
Girl Scouts will earn their STEM Career Badge. Come see where math can
take you!

1:15-1:30 Check In
1:30-1:40 Welcome Address
1:40-3:20 Math Wide Games
3:20-3:30 Closing Friendship Circle
Location: University of Texas at Austin, Austin
Supervision level: This is NOT A DROP OFF EVENT. Adults are required to remain with their youth participants. Girl Scout volunteers bringing their troop must follow all Safety Activity Checkpoints.
Badge/Patch: STEM Career Badge will be given out at the event.
Required paperwork: Please complete the following sections of the Council Event Health and Permission Forms, print, and bring with you to the event: Section A
