Trailblazers is an adult volunteer enrichment retreat weekend designed to encourage, enhance and enthuse Girl Scout adults with a transfusion of Girl Scout spirit. It is a time to have some fun with other leaders, get motivated for the next year, and come home with some inspirational ideas for your troop. It is open to registered Girl Scout adults (any gender) who may be leaders, co-leaders, or other troop volunteers. Trailblazers is an alcohol-free event. There are two options for enjoyment:
Weekend (Friday - Sunday) - $95
Saturday only - $60
Add ons:
Trailblazer 2026 T-shirts - $15
Horseback Riding - $25
First Aid/CPR - $30
Let's Go! 3 - $15

Review the Trailblazers 2026 Information Packet prior to registering for this event. Plan out your workshop selections first and then register for the event. The registration for this event is long with a lot of scrolling. You must make a selection for each section. After you make your selection, a red message will appear telling you that you cannot select multiple Activities/Sessions that occur at the same time.This is normal and not an error message. Keep scrolling to make a selection for every workshop session. Any changes requested after you register will require your registration to be cancelled and then re-registered, so be sure of your workshop selections before finalizing your registration.

Location: Camp Texlake, Spicewood, TX

Supervision level: This is an Adult Only event. Please plan on checking in with required paperwork submitted at check-in.  

Special instructions: $60 for Saturday Only, $95 for Full Weekend. There will be add-ons for Horseback Riding, CPR/First Aid, and Let's Go 3. Swim assessments are required every year for youth and adults participating in any type of Girl Scout aquatic activities including, but not limited to, pool activities, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, etc. See Safety Activity Checkpoints for details. Swim assessment paperwork should be retained by the troop leader and caregiver. Safety-wise adults should ensure that swimmers remain in aquatic situations appropriate to their swimming ability. Participants at a swimming/aquatic event without a completed swim assessment should be assumed to be a non-swimmer and must always wear a Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device (PFD/lifejacket). 

Badge/patch: Fun patch will be distributed at the event.

Required paperwork: Please complete the following sections of the Council Event Health and Permission Forms, print, and bring with you to the event: Section(s) B2, C1 and C2
