Girl Scouts is where 2.6 million girls explore and discover their world, connect with others and become leaders who take action to make their world a better place. Any girl in grades K-12 can become a Girl Scout.
To join, submit a Girl Scout interest form.
The Program
The Girl Scout program changes the way girls see the world and their place in it. They learn the importance of personal responsibility, the value of goal-setting, the spirit of teamwork, and the thrill of accomplishment. The program is based on the Girl Scout Promise and Law and the three keys to leadership:
- Discover: Girls understand themselves and their values and use their knowledge and skills to explore the world.
- Connect: Girls care about, inspire, and team with others locally and globally.
- Take Action: Girls act to make the world a better place.
Whether learning to build robots, hiking in the Ozarks, mastering elements of the arts, or engaging in advocacy or conservation efforts, there are opportunities for every girl. Learn about the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
