With girls facing ever-increasing challenges, Girl Scouts of Central Texas is developing ever-increasing opportunities to support the needs and address the challenges girls are facing. Find the opportunities that appeal to you in supporting the nearly 20,000 Girl Scouts in Central Texas! 
Special Events
- Women of Distinction events honor outstanding women in the community. Sponsorships range from $25,000-$500 and include preferred seating.
- S’more Soirée is a women-only weekend get-away at Camp Texlake. Sponsorships range from $10,000-$1,500 and include overnight accommodations.
- Race on the River is an annual canoe race on the Concho River in San Angelo. Canoe sponsorships range from $5,000-$500.
Endowments / Scholarships
- The Founder’s Scholarship supports graduating seniors as they continue their higher education.
- The EGSBB Scholarship supports all graduates of the Juvenile Justice Initiative in continuing their education.
- GSCTX's endowment and contributions made to it support Girl Scout programs for the next century. Contributions of $2,500 or more are recommended for the endowment and scholarship funds.
Program and Camp
- Friends of Girl Scouting is the friends and family campaign to fund a wide variety of local programs and resources such as volunteer trainings and Possibilities, the council's bi-annual program guide.
- Camp and Girl Scout House maintenance funds are always needed, especially in this economy. Contributions of $10,000-$1,000 are recommended.
- The Girl Conference held annually for high-school students is designed for girls by girls. Sponsorships range from $25,000-$2,500
- Juvenile Justice and Shelter initiatives support girls whose mothers are incarcerated, who are adjudicated at detention centers and girls who live in protective housing. Contributions of $1,500 or more are recommended.
- Camperships and financial assistance ensure that Girl Scouts is available for every girl, every where. Contributions of $1,500 or more are recommended.
- Girl Scout Programs prepare girls to be confident, innovative leaders in the eco-conscious, tech-savvy world we live in. Contributions of $10,000-$1,000 are recommended for specific program sponsorships.
Honorariums / Memorials
Contributions can be made in honor of a graduating senior, a significant milestone, an accomplishment or in memory of a loved one.
Other Opportunities
- Vehicle Donations are accepted through the Charitable Auto Resources program.
- GSCTX's Wish List details in-kind donations the council is seeking to operate at optimal efficiency.
