Join us for a virtual training to learn about all of the requirements
of a Gold Award Project. You will be guided through identifying the
root cause of an issue, selecting a project that will directly impact
the identified root cause, making a national or global connection,
putting your leadership skills to work, and ensuring the measurability
and sustainability of the project. The workshop further covers the
proposal checklist process, the online GoGold submittal process, the
committee consultation process, and tips for successful project
execution. This workshop is a required pre-requisite to submitting a
Gold Award Proposal. Attendees must be within six months of submitting
their Gold Award Proposal at the time of taking the workshop.
Leaders, advisors, caregivers, and supporting adults are strongly
encouraged to attend.
Each participant must register
individually to attend the workshop (Girl Scout and Adult)
