Bring your troop to Camp Kachina for this Outdoor Extravaganza!
Register your troop to present on one or two of their favorite outdoor
skills at a booth, compete in the Dutch Oven Cookoff and compete in an
Outdoor Skill-based Adventure Race! Remember to bring your Sasquatch
Trophy if you won last year. Price is per person and includes s'mores,
4 meals, lodging, t-shirt, and a patch!
Location: Camp Kachina, Belton
Special Instructions: As a general rule, please only sign up your Minimum Only Safety-Wise adults so more girls can participate in the fun!
- We are offering lodging with both A/C and No A/C. Spots in lodging with A/C are limited and will cost $10 more for each registrant. You will choose your option during registration.
- We are also offering a Tshirt and patch included with the event fee. Be sure to select the size for the T-shirt for each camper.
We will need to collect some information from you about your Adventure Race teams and choices for the Outdoor Expo. You can open this FORM now and it will open a new window in your browser and you can come back to it after you complete your registration. But we will be sending you an email confirmation that will also include the form link some time after you register as well.
Make sure to fill out a Troop Activity and Travel Application for this event.
*If you are a Juliette and want to participate separately from your troop, or have a troop of less than 4 girls, please contact outdoors@gsctx.org.
This is a DROP OFF event. Adults will NOT be permitted to stay on the premises during the program. Please plan to drop off your registered girl with drop off forms submitted at check in. Please be on the lookout for a confirmation email that will be sent out a few days before the program for important COVID procedures and program details. All communication will be sent to the email address with which you registered.
Badge/Patch: Fun patch will be given out at the event.

After you register, you will receive an email from the Program Specialist requesting additional information. Approximately one week prior to the event, you should receive a final confirmation email from our Girl Experience team with any additional information you need. If you do not receive this email, please contact programs@gsctx.org.
