Girl Scouts, friends, and family are invited for another year and
another day full of fun and games exploring all 4 pillars of the Girl
Scout Experience! Challenge yourself with outdoor adventures, learn
life skills, embrace your inner entrepreneur, and explore STEM by
introducing yourselves to our special guests at our special activity
booths.
**Activities to be announced**
Location: Kirby Community Park, San Angelo
Special instructions: This is NOT A DROP OFF EVENT. Adults are required to remain with their Girl Scouts. As required by Volunteer Essentials and Safety Activity Checkpoints, adults attending this event are responsible for their troop or individual Girl Scouts behavior. During non drop off Girl Scout events, adults attending the event are responsible for the safety and well-being of the youth that are in their care during the event. Do not leave your Girl Scouts in the care of other adults at the event that are not part of your troop or directly related to the child.
All adults participating with a troop or registered to volunteer at the event are required to have a current/eligible background check (CBC) and to be a registered Girl Scout adult volunteer. The easiest way to obtain a CBC is to add the "troop friends and family" role to your membership. It is highly recommended but not required that caregivers attending with their Girl Scout(s) be a registered GSCTX member and have a CBC on file.
Badge/Patch: Fun patch will be given out at the event.
