Approval Resources

Event Calendar Requests

Share information about your upcoming Service Unit or Troop event in the Girl Scouts of Central Texas events calendar. Please use this request form to notify our team about your event. 

Use of Girl Scouts Brand

Any publicly-visible materials that use the Girl Scouts of Central Texas name, logo, fonts, or any other branding must follow Girl Scouts of the USA brand guidelines AND be approved by Marketing and Communications. Please allow one week between when you send in the materials and when you need final approval.

T-Shirt Guidelines

With approval from Girl Scouts of Central Texas, troops may design and create t-shirts that are used only for troops. Please read the t-shirt guidelines before beginning. 

Money-Earning Projects

Troops, Service Units and members may not produce and sell their own branded items for money-earning purposes. Branded materials offered for giveaway at money-earning events must be produced through a licensed vendor.


Branded Recruitment Materials

  • Benefits of Membership: Informational flyer for caregivers to show the importantce of Girl Scouts for their girl. 
  • Five Ways Girl Scouts Builds Girl Leaders: Informational flyer. 
  • Girl Scout DNA: Informational flyer.
  • Recruitment Cards for Volunteers: Print onto perforated business card sheets and give to people you're trying to recruit to join Girl Scouts. 
  • Recruitment Flyers: (English Spanish and troop leaders) Print out and share to recruit new Girl Scouts and troop leaders.
  • Recruitment Invitations: Print out these invites for your Girl Scout troop to share with friends. 
  • Fillable Stickers: (Black & White and Color) Use these fillable stickers to print customized member recruitment event information on Avery address labels, 1” x2  5.8”, 30 labels/sheet (#5160). To add your custom copy, download the template, open them with Adobe Acrobat Reader (free software), and type into the “live” area of the sticker. Content can be copy and pasted from label to label within the template. 
  • Table Top Banner: Print onto poster board or quality paper for a visual reference to Girl Scout activities. 
  • Fillable Volunteer Business Cards: Customize these business cards with your information. These cards are compatible with Avery #28878 templates.
  • Girl Scout Spirit Video: Share this video (English / Spanish) with new girls to see what it means to be a Girl Scout and how they can get involved.
