On-Demand Programs logo

GSCTX is now offering programming for troops and service units when and where you want it! Simply choose from any of the programs below to begin the On Demand reservation process and one of our amazing Program Specialists or volunteers will come deliver the program just for you. These programs are the perfect addition to any Service Unit campout or special event! Do you have a great idea for an on-demand program? Send it to Programs@gsctx.org

HOW IT WORKS:

Submit your program request 6 weeks prior to desired date.
GSCTX will provide all supplies needed for the program. You will be responsible for finding an appropriate space to have the program and ensure the proper ratio of adults for your group of girls. Adults should be willing and able to jump in and join the fun!
Once the date, time and location have been secured with GSCTX staff, you will receive details on how to submit your completed event registration form, roster, and payment for all participants. Full payment should be received within 48 hours of confirmation, or the reservation will be canceled.
We understand that change is inevitable. If you need to make a change, please give us one week’s notice. Cancelations made less than a week before the program will not be refunded.
