Throughout the year several of the sports and entertainment organizations within our council offer "Girl Scout Days." On these days, Girl Scouts and their families often receive discounted rates and can purchase participation patches. Organizations offering Girl Scout Days include the University of Texas, Round Rock Express, Angelo State University and more.

Our Body The Universe Within
August is Girl Scouts month for Our Body The Universe Within. Our Body The Universe Within is an educational, scientific and breathtaking exhibit that has traveled around the world and is now in Austin. The exhibit details and shows the human body in a unique way that allows you to literally and figuratively go "under the skin" of the human body. See what we are all made of, view muscles and bones, healthy and unhealthy organs, and learn about the wonderful machine we all possess: the human body. You will never look at yourself in the same way again! Our Body The Universe Within is appropriate for all ages.
