Friday, April 20
5p.m. - Fairgrounds will open to overnight campers. Check your information packet for your Service Unit's designated check-in time.
No formal programming will be offered other than check in for campers.
Saturday, April 21
6-8a.m. - Breakfast at campsite
8-8:45a.m. - Booth set up at Fairgrounds
8:45-9a.m. - Flag ceremony and annoucements
9a.m. - Gates open to Day Visitors. Girl Scout Fair begins!
9a.m.-5p.m. - Fair open to all visitors; come and go.
5p.m. - Fairgrounds close to Day Visitors.
5p.m.-7p.m. - Booth breakdown and dinner at campsites.
7-9p.m. - Campfire and official Girl Scout Sing-A-Long.
10p.m. - Lights out!
Sunday, aPRIL 22
6-8a.m. - Breakfast at campsite.
7a.m. Girl Scouts Own Ceremony - This will be a very special ceremony that celebrates our connection to Girl Scouting/Girl Guiding worldwide through and Campfire Ashes Ceremony. Ashes for this ceremony will be very special, have dated back to 1920 - see their history here.
8:15-8:45a.m. - Flag ceremony and closing announcements.
9-10a.m. - Clean up fairgrounds and campsite areas.
10-11a.m. - Check-out.
